I help connect business growth plans with technology decisions. Working with business stakeholders and IT teams, I clarify goals, priorities and responsibility for delivery. I support investment decisions, team development and vendor collaboration so that IT supports the direction of the business.
Discuss your direction for growthWhen a system slows work down, data is hard to trust or a process relies on too many manual steps, I help find the cause and choose improvements. I combine ERP, WMS, MES and BI experience with practical SQL Server and automation skills. For AI, I help assess the need, data requirements and how to evaluate an initial use case.

I enjoy building websites and simple applications and am developing my skills through selected pilot projects. I start by reviewing how clearly the current website presents the business and helps visitors take the next step. From there, I propose a short report, priorities, and improvements or a new website.

In development
I am building my own PL/EN website to present both my professional experience and my services. The next stage is a private space for sharing website proposals and analysis reports with clients.
The local PL/EN website includes an interactive collaboration diagram and two contact paths. The new concept is ready for review; publication and the client space are the next stages.

ABOUT
Over more than 20 years, I have moved from building systems and working with data to leading IT. That lets me discuss business direction with executives and investigate a problem with the technical team. I am most interested in where those perspectives meet.
I am also developing practical applications of AI. My own website is a workshop: from a business need, through decisions, to a solution we can test.
